JLL appoints Anita Bleiker as Head Markets Switzerland
Anita Bleiker takes over responsibility for the nationwide expert teams in Landlord and Tenant Representation.
Zurich, 3 November 2023 – JLL appoints Anita Bleiker as Head Markets Switzerland (Landlord and Tenant Representation). Anita Bleiker joined JLL in May 2014 and has many years of experience in the marketing of Commercial Space and Tenant Representation. Prior to joining JLL, she trained as a business economist and completed the Global Negotiator CAS at the University of St. Gallen.
Sophie Carliez, who worked for JLL for around five years and was most recently responsible for the Markets division for the French-speaking part of Switzerland, has decided to take on a new professional challenge outside the company. With the departure of Sophie Carliez, Anita Bleiker will take over responsibility for the nationwide expert teams in Landlord and Tenant Representation in addition to her previous role in the German part of Switzerland. In addition, she will retain her role on the Executive Board of JLL Switzerland alongside Jan Eckert, Gregor Strocka, Daniel Macht and Daniel Stocker.
The new representatives of JLL's Geneva office are Oliva Siger (Vice President – Valuation & Advisory) and Olivier Metzenthin (Vice President – Capital Markets). Both have been working for JLL in the French-speaking area for several years and, in addition to their own consulting disciplines, are jointly responsible for interdivisional client relationships and the strategic orientation of JLL's Geneva office.
